ACADEMY
Future Mogul Academy is our flagship program and is set to launch Summer 2019. We aim to engage students ages 14 -18 in a participant-driven, project-based paid internship program with an emphasis on music business fundamentals.
HOW WE CHOOSE OUR 16
To participate, youth will undergo a three-part application process, allowing staff to determine the applicant's level of basic comprehension, industry experience, professionalism as well as personality.

WEEK 1 OBJECTIVES
GET EVERYONE FAMILIAR WITH CLASSMATES AND STAFF
INTRODUCE INTERNS TO VALUES THAT PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY AS A PART OF A LARGER CAUSE
HELP INTERNS UNDERSTAND THEIR CURRENT LEARNING STYLES AND WAYS TO CAPITALIZE
REMOVE ALL ALLURE OF THE "STREET CODE"
WEEK 1 OBJECTIVES
Get everyone familiar with classmates and staff
Introduce interns to values that promote self-sufficiency as a part of a larger cause
Help interns understand their current learning styles ways to capitalize.
Remove all allure of the "street code"
WEEKS 2-4 OBJECTIVES
Introduce basic business fundamentals
Provide a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered
Educate youth on the difference of key economic fundamentals
Introduce goal setting and time management skills
WEEKS 5-7 OBJECTIVES
Reveal the reality if business and promote entrepreneurship
Cultivate the business fundamentals introduction in earlier phases
Witness and record leadership styles employed by each intern
Promote responsibility to community development through economic development and entrepreneurship

Cultivate marketing materials
Help interns understand the essence of economic principles
